Drop Off for Consumers
In the majority of cases consumers take back their old tires to the retailer when they purchase new ones. However, in some cases consumers will keep their old tires at home. Tire Stewardship BC provides two solutions for disposal of these tires:
The Return to Retailer program
This program provides consumers a free option to return orphan tires to participating retailers so they do not end up in landfills.
This is a year round program for consumers who can drop off up to four passenger light truck tires, clean and off rim during the retailer's business hours.

Tire Round Ups
Each year Tire Stewardship BC holds tire round up events at various locations throughout the province. The schedule for these events is usually available in April of each year and the locations will be posted on the web site.
